Hey Leute, ich schreibe nächste Woche die Englisch-Fachhochschulreifeprüfung und ein Teil davon wir ein englischer Comment sein. Könntet ihr vielleicht mal drüber schauen und mich auf grobe Fehler aufmerksam machen?

Comment ? Holidays in your own country
In the following I would like to discuss the pros and cons of one of the main topics in TV and Newspaper: holidays in your own country.
First of all there is the aspect, that making holidays in your own country do not make so much pollution in the complete world. When you have to drive only the half way to your holiday resort, only the half of carbon dioxide is produced by your car. I was for example at the north sea this year and needed less of the half of petrol than my uncle who drived to Spain in his holidays.
The second positive point is, that you help your own economy when you make holidays in your own country. You let your money in a german holiday resort and not in a spain or another country. A statistic of the german tourism economy says, that last year 20% more german people made holidays in Germany and the benefits increased about 30%.
But there are not only positive aspects of making holidays in your own country, there are negative aspects, too.
The first of them negative aspects is that you cannot see new cultures. If you only travel in Germany, you only can see and learn about the differents of north and south germans and so, but the cultures of Asia and other foreign countries you will not meet here in Germany. I was this year for example in Spain, ate spain food and listened to spain music. It was really nice to see this things.
The last negative significant point is, that there is a lot of pollution in your own country, when everybody of the germans make holidays in Germany. The tourists resorts have a lots of rubbish, which is produced by the tourists. At the german lakes are really much rubbish of the tourists for example. They drop things and do not take it with them to the resort, so the pollution increases with the number of tourists.
Weighing the pros and cons of making holidays in Germany, I come to the conclusion, that it is not really good for our environment when we make holidays in our country. Well, there are some positive aspects, but I do not want to threw away rubbish before I go to swim in the lake of my village.
