Hallo Leute,

Also ich muss demnächst einen Englisch Text abgeben. Tja und da ich nicht sonderlich gut bin, habe ich mich gefragt ob mir hier vielleicht jemand helfen möchte:

The reporting in the newspaper “Österreich” from 19th October deals with the criminal past and future of a 13 year old boy. The boy who is called Araf is already well known in Ansfelden, because in the last two years he has broke in houses and supermarkets for 50 times. In general he stole cellphones, money and also motorbicycles. Last week he burgeld in a supermarket and wanted to steal 20 Euro and a cellphone, but the police caught the youngster and put him into arrest. Surprisingly the police could not do anything against him, because he is still 13 year old and so he could not be punished for his criminal activities.
Now I want to express my opinion on this dramatic topic. I must admit that it was very shocking to read this reporting, because this boy was still very young and had already stolen so many things. But why are these criminal actions already part of our life nowadays? What are the reasons for the criminality of so many teenagers? In the case of the young Araf it could be said that maybe his parents were not able to teach him what is wrong and what is right, although they are civilized and well integrated people. So are the parents the reason for the criminal past of their sonf? As far as I know lived the boy on the streets and he did not want to change this fact. So I think that it might have been that his parents neglected him and were guilty for his criminal actions. So I think that his parents neglected him and were guilty for his criminal activities. We do not exactly know the reasons in that case, but in the case of many other criminal teenagers this might be the reason.
